• Keeping in touch with your money is as easy as picking up your telephone and calling.
• By calling ET, our audio response attendant, you will know exactly when direct deposit or payroll deposits are made.
• Electronic Teller is a telephone inquiry and transaction service provided by iTrust FCU that gives you instant control of your accounts.  All you need is a TOUCH-TONE phone, a special Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your account number.  To get an ET PIN, come by the Credit Union and sigh up today!
• This service is convenient and confidential.  With ELECTRONIC TELLER, you have access to your account 7 days a week, 22 hours a day.  Use ELECTRONIC TELLER any day, anytime (except 2-4 am).
• ET has been redesigned to offer you more features and better service.  The new system is menu driven, therefore you do not have to know action codes any more.  Also, the use of the pound (#) sign is NOT required after you enter your selections.  The pound (#) sign has a new purpose to allow you to loop back to the Member Main Menu when processing your transactions.  The following will explain ET Menu Layout.  Let us know if we can assist you in using the new system.

Prepaid Travel Money Card

Money Orders:

• Money orders are available for up to $1,000. Use your savings or cash to purchase.

Cashier Checks:

• We offer iTrust FCU cashier's checks for any amount.  Use your savings or cash to purchase.

Domestic Wire Transfers:

• You can wire money in or out of the iTrust FCU to anywhere in the continental US. You need to come into our office with your wiring instructions to wire out of the credit union. Call credit union for wiring instructions to wire funds into your credit union account.

Notary Services:

• Notary Service is available.  It is a free service for members.  Please call ahead for an appointment.

ATM Cards:

• Use your iTrust FCU ATM card for cash withdrawals or Point of Sale (POS) purchases.  With a iTrust FCU ATM card, you can withdraw money from your credit union account at any STAR, CIRRUS, or PLUS network machine.

• We offer FREE ATM use at the 5333 GETWELL MODULE 'H" ATM (next to the cafeteria) and 3617 WINCHESTER ROAD.

• For all others, a nominal fee is charged.

• (Please Note: There may be a user fee charged by the financial institution who owns any other machine.)

Night Deposit:

• You may make deposits after hours at the following locations:

        3617 Winchester Road (next to the ATM)

        5333 Getwell Road (next to the front door)

Anything deposited after 8:30 am will be credited the next day.

Reorder Checks Online:

• You can place check reorders with NO changes by clicking here.
• For your protection, new orders or reorders with changes can only be made by coming into a credit union office.  THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
